Admission Requirements
The school accepts only those who have graduated from High School, have the General Education Development (GED) Certificate.
- ABS will give credit for all hours transferred to us from State Board.
- ABS does not discriminate on basis of sex, age, race, color, religion, or ethnic origin in admitting students.
- ABS does not openly recruit students already attending or admitted to another school offering a similar program of study.
- All courses are taught in English. Because Ohio State Board tests only in English, we teach all courses in English.
For All Courses the Applicant Must:
Interview with the Registration Office to:
- Determine eligibility and interest.
- Show proof of education.
- Determine tuition funding.
- PELL students must take an aptitude test.
Financial Aid
Financial aid available for those who qualify through:
- Personal Loans
- Great Lakes Higher Education
- PELL Grant (Pell Grants are awarded in varying amounts depending on the needs of the student)
- Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation
- Special Scholarships
In each instance, the student makes an application at the school's Admissions Office. At this time, his/her eligibility is determined. Payment plans can be arranged.
